This position will have responsibility of the Automotive and Retail categories for Los Angeles Times. Candidates must work closely with various Account Executives teams to ensure sales support and coordination, is a success. Advertising Coordinator is responsible for assisting the CO:OP Advertising Sales team. Will assist in generating incremental advertising revenue, through a variety of business administrative support. This positions main focus is to take on required packaging for the ever growing monthly CO:OP billing which includes manufacturer billing, claim submissions, e:tears and screen shots. This will ensure manufacturer reimbursement of advertisers CO:OP funds. Additional responsibilities include updating and tracking CO:OP lead generation dealer list targets and Vendor Support. : 2 to 4 year years of coordinator or administrative experience. :Experience in Advertising, Marketing, Digital environment required. :Multi task, high pressure, deadline capable :Must be flexible, independent, friendly and positive with an ability to work well with different personalities within a fast:paced, dynamic culture. :Detail:oriented to avoid making errors and to recognize errors made by others :Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
