Full-Time, Entry Level Marketing Operations Assistant
A fast paced digital media company with offices 2 blocks from the sand in Redondo Beach, is currently seeking a full-time, Entry Level Marketing Operations Assistant to assist and execute various marketing duties and manage inventory. This is an entry level position, so candidate should preferably be a recent college graduate or someone with 0-2 years of experience. Preferable for candidates to live in or near the Southbay, since Redondo Beach is not an easy place to commute to from outside the Southbay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build Wordpress websites
- Manage websites
- Manage various documents
- Responsible for maintaining a very high level of privacy and accuracy
- Communicate with outside partners
- Assist with work overflow
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Recent college graduate (Associate or Bachelor)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Internet knowledge
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal and time management skills
- Dependable and motivated self-starter
- Honest and loyal
- Responsible
- Wordpress knowledge a plus, but not required
