MotoLease has multiple openings for Inside Sales Representatives (Lease Advisors). Acting as a consultative sales person and working with pre:qualified, hot leads, the Lease Advisor will match motivated buyers with one of our network of dealerships across the country, working with that dealership to assist the customer in finding and riding off with the vehicle they are seeking. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS- Proven phone sales experience- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and persuasively both verbally and in writing- Ability to develop and maintain profitable relationships with customers and dealer partners- Results:oriented with strong work ethic and motivation to meet monthly sales goals- Strong presentation, time management and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in MS Office, CRMs and business operations technology- Organized self:starter EXPERIENCE- 1+ year's experience in telephone sales is essential- Experience with sales/financing within a motorcycle/car dealership highly desirable but not required COMPENSATION Commission with non:recoverable draw of 3,000 per month for first 90 days plus benefits.
