Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee email marketing for 3 brands: BCBG, BCBGeneration, and Hervé Leger.
Develop email marketing strategy and initiatives to maximize channel performance including triggered and automated campaigns.
Launch retention campaigns improving Email ROI and customer LTV.
Manage email coding and deployment.
Build, execute and maintain email campaigns for a variety of programs.
Maximize deliverability and work with ISPs to minimize spam folders.
Work with e-mail software provider for optimization.
Q/A all aspects of emails (copy, links, tracking, UX, etc.) prior to sends.
Build email lists based on segmentation requirements.
Own weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations for optimizations.
Run A/B tests, conduct analysis of results, and iterate based on findings.

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of business partners.
Education and/or Experience
BS/BA with 5 years of email and/or CRM marketing experience, preferably at an e-commerce company.
Minimum of 4 years work experience with email marketing for ecommerce, fashion a plus.
Deep knowledge of ecommerce and email analytics with proven the ability to understand, interpret and utilize data to evolve strategy and execution to drive incremental revenue.
Expertise in ecommerce and email best practices and experience in advanced A/B testing.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced role a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and the ability to quickly grasp new tech concepts
Expertise in large ESP platforms (Exact Target, Responsys, etc.) and familiarity with data integration and API functionality
Basic HTML coding experience
