Tire Sales Program Advisor As a Tire Sales Program Advisor, you will work as a tire expert inside a PREMIUM dealership . This position has a set schedule; assured 45 hours a week (typically following standard business hours)! Responsibilities: Selling/assisting with the sale of tires to customers on the service drive with the goal of exceeding assigned sales and productivity goals Inspecting customers' cars on the service lane. Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service and quoting prices Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted. Maintaining effective relationships including customers and dealer personnel. Overseeing customer satisfaction and complaints and solving problems that arise. Completing market analysis monthly. Assisting in store operations: maintaining inventory, opening/closing the store and preparing reports Assisting dealership technicians to ensure service levels are met. To fast track your success, you will participate in a comprehensive training program. Job Minimum Requirements 2+ years of tire automotive service experience preferably from an automotive retail tire service environment Valid driver's license and able to meet Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Proficient computer skills including: MS Word, MS Excel Quick learner Preferred Requirements Online order management systems Associates or Bachelor's Degree Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive base salary +uncapped monthly incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, educational assistance, company discounts, and 401k matching (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
