Technology Risk
The Technology Risk ("TR") service area is comprised of professionals with a broad range of information technology and management consulting skills in the areas of Risk and Compliance, Security and Privacy, and Capital Markets. These professionals perform assessments, remediation, implementation and integration of end-to-end solutions in these three areas. They also deliver advisory services focused on risk and compliance to IT management and senior executives for both external audit and internal audit clients. TR professionals focus on information systems and technology that manage risk and/or drive operational, financial and regulatory compliance processes; as well as solutions that manage the risk associated with information technology itself.

Job Duties:
Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Understand complex business and information technology management processes
Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services
Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects
Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, Deloitte & Touche products and service lines
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability
Participate in and actively support mentoring relationships within practice
Excellent potential for 1) playing lead role in designated tasks of the project team in gathering, organizing and analyzing data; 2) making major contributions in assuring products/deliverables meet contract/work plan and; 3) strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities

Core Technical Skills
·5-7 plus years&#xxxx; experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems.
·2-5 plus Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
·"Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
vSingle Sign On
vIdentity Federation
vEnterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience
vResource Provisioning
vIdentity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
vUser Life Cycle Management Processes
·Familiarity with JBOSS, Tomcat or Weblogic
·Experience with one or more directories such as Oracle Internet Directory and/or Oracle Unified Directory
·Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, MS SQL etc.
·Familiarity with: major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Unix; mainframe security packages such as TopSecret, ACF2 and RACF; and/or leading packaged application solutions for ERP systems, Active Directory, Exchange, CRM systems or portals
·Working knowledge of virtual directories such as Oracle Virtual Directory, Radiant Logic and OctetString.
·Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security
·Familiarity with Oracle enterprise gateway for web services security
·3 plus years&#xxxx; experience in managing deployments of Oracle Identity Manager and/or Access Manager products
·3 plus years&#xxxx; experience with Role Mining, Role based access control and Access Certification with Oracle Identity Analytics product
·Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
·Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, Visual Studio and SQL Developer.
·2-5 plus years&#xxxx; experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, C/C++, .NET, C# or PL/SQL.
Functional Skills
&#xxxx;Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
&#xxxx;Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements
&#xxxx;Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges.
&#xxxx;Experience developing identity management governance plans
&#xxxx;Experience writing proposal, statement of work and developing pricing models.
&#xxxx;Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance.
Job history/ Background
&#xxxx;2 plus years of Prior Big 4 or leading system integrator experience in IAM space.
&#xxxx;Experience in one or more Security and Privacy regulations and laws: SOX, HIPAA, HITECH, IRS etc.
Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or Information Systems
