3 BDR House NoHo district Universal Guest Access You are renting the entire house including the front and back yards. Interaction with Guests We are available till late at night and early mornings. If you have any question needs help or just feel lonely in the big city,feel free to call us anytime. By reserving you agree to abide by all House Rules and policies. Thank you in advance. The house sleeps 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. You will be renting the entire property. This is not a shared room. The house is a over xxxx square foot (about 110 sqm) with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The house has plenty of parking on the street in front of the building. and 2 parking space in the front yard. All utilities, wifi, phone service, cable TV are included in your rent. Please do not waste water, as California is in a severe drought. We are family friendly, and do allow small pets that are well trained. The house is not child proof, so please watch your children at all times. Please don''t allow your children to paint, use markers, eat, in the living room or bedroom, or trample garden plants. The house is secured by with a security camera outdoors only. There are motion sensors indoors, but nothing that invades your privacy in any way. The front door is equipped with a keypad. The house has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, big screen TV, internet, and central heat and air. (laundromat service store is just across the street and fairly cheap), We provide linens, towels, TP, soaps, shampoos, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. CHECK IN is at 3:00PM, and CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. Check in and out will be strictly enforced to allow the proper cleaning time for the next guests. Before check out, Please wash and put away all your dishes, remove all opened food in the fridge, (condiments and unused food can be left), remove all your trash. Leave used beds unmade (do not strip them), so they can be checked for stains before laundering. Do not just sleep on the couch uncovered. If stains cannot be removed you agree to be responsible for replacement. This is a nonsmoking home. Responsible smoking allowed outdoors only. Be sure to use ashtrays and be sure that all butts are properly put out. Do not use the yard as a ashtray, or leave trash laying around. No candles please. Make sure air and heat are turned off before leaving for the day, or when checking out. Make sure all doors and windows are locked, and house is secure before leaving for the day, and or checking out. Make sure stove or oven isn''t left on, TV is off, and lights are turned off. Do not take our blankets outside for any reason. Blankets are to remain on beds. We have done everything possible to provide a nice place to stay, so please respect the home and property, as well as a decent quite time as to not disturb the neighbors.10:00 PM is recommended for outdoor noise. HOUSE PARTIES (As in renting the home to throw a party or event), is not allowed. No exceptions. NO FILM CREWS without permission. You may have a few family or friends over to visit. But nothing beyond that, and no overnight guests beyond what was stated when rented. We will not be responsible for any injuries on the property, regardless of extent by use, or misuse.
