In addition to the master bedroom with 180 degree views of the city, the Hollywood sign, and the skyline of downtown, upstairs has a sun deck, stunning master bath and a large office / yoga studio / workout room with exercise bike, yoga mats, TRX system, and many workout accessories (swiss balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, hand weights, bands, etc.). Downstairs has dining room, sunny breakfast nook, living room, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, two full bathrooms, laundry room (full-sized washer and dryer), large family room with big screen TV that opens up onto the back porch with outdoor grill, hot tub and outdoor shower and back yard. The yard, maintained weekly has comfortable couch seating, and is ringed with large trees, making it a totally private sanctuary on a xxxx square foot lot. Depending on the time of year, we harvest Meyer lemons, avocados, key limes, and oranges. Kitchen has gas range, microwave, 2 Dish Drawer dishwashers, microwave, large pantry, and refrigerator. The house is meticulously cleaned twice weekly (Monday and Thursday).
