We were traveling with 3 pre-teens , 2 parents and a grandparent and we all really enjoyed our stay. This rental is just above the beach in Pacific Palisades.. So the location is perfect for sitting on the beach, going to the Santa Monica Pier or heading up the coast to see the beautiful coastline. We traveled all over LA during this visit and we found this location to be a convenient base for exploring everywhere. The backyard of this home is a beautiful tropical oasis with a lovely pool, large outdoor dining area and BBQ/ bar area. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. What a relaxing way to spend the day after a busy day of sightseeing among all the crowds of LA!! Wifi works great throughout the house and outdoor areas. There are 3 nice size bedrooms in the house all with large TVs with premium stations. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a kitchen bar area and large dining table . This home is spacious and has two indoor living rooms in addition to the outdoor living area. Mrs. Palmer and her daughter Tracy were very nice people to deal with and our rental went perfectly. Tracy was always available by text and Mrs. Palmer is close by. When we return to Los Angeles we will definitely stay at their home again and I highly recommend it to other travelers to the area. 1. Tracey and Hilary were perfect hosts, very considerate and attentive to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Tracey organized many activities for me and my kids, horse riding, surfing, football. I booked a massage with her on the patio which was very good and relaxing. Everything was just like the pictures and the house, patio and pool was beautiful. The location is great, central to everything for sightseeing Los Angeles. I highly recommend staying at this house and I will book it again next time I come to LA. NADEGE (LONDON, UK) 2. The house is a paradise to live in, the pool and patio are an invitation to relax. The house offers all comforts to spend a very good time, it is ideally located in a residential area very near the ocean, and there is a shopping within 2 kms of good qualities. Santa Monica and Malibu are nearby. Tracey and her mother are very kind, and advise you about local restaurants and activities. My family and myself had a great time at Tropical Paradise ...GREG (PARIS, FRANCE) This is a sophisticated designer home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a separate guesthouse with queen bed, pull out couch, full kitchen and shower room in the much coveted Pacific Palisades, where many celebrities live. The interior of the house is spacious and bright but the "Piece de Resistance" of the property is the exotic resort style patio and swimming pool area which has been designed to create a magical retreat. Double French doors lead onto the patio from the kitchen and dining area and master bedroom. The pool patio is a tropical paradise, a private romantic oasis with a "spa like" ambience, totally secluded by lush tropical plants, graced with pretty arbors, dramatic Roman columns, life-sized bronze statues all framing the
