Walking distance to (website hidden), many restaurants and attractions, and a stone''s throw from Abbot Kinney Blvd. 3. THE VIEW! Our large ROOFTOP DECK has ocean, mountain, and Hollywood Sign views! 4. BUSINESS-FRIENDLY: we are currently adding amenities for business groups (printers, office supplies, whiteboards with easels, etc). All guests will enjoy fast wifi. 5. *COMFORTABLY* SLEEPS 12-14! Parking in Venice can be difficult, especially in the summer. We have a secured garage with two tandem parking rows that fit a total of 4 normal size sedans (Note: large SUV''s or vans will need to take an entire tandem row, thus only 2 SUV''s/vans can fit in our garage). 9.
