In the heart of Downtown- The Santee Court Lofts are the perfect place for a quick stay or short term work/live space. There is a market within the courtyard steps from the patio. We also have a gym, pool and jacuzzi all accessible to renter. The place is quiet but laid back. Neighbors are rarely home, and the patio acts as a nice place to rest your feet or enjoy the outside air. The bathroom is fully equipped and place includes two 42" flat screen TVs (no cable but Netflix/DVD Player available and hooked up). This is a small place but modern kitchen and enough room and space to relax and have a nice home away from home while in downtown. I love how close everything is- as you can walk two blocks up and hit the bars, or enjoy a nice Starbucks around the corner. The other great thing about this place is it's within the Santee Courtyard, allowing a renter to never have to enter the apt through the downtown streets, but rather through the attached parking spot (included with rental) adjacent to the loft.
